Returns & Refunds

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item if:

The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition (unless otherwise stated for specific product types).

Follow the instructions we send you (e.g. return form, return address, shipping method).
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping proof of postage.

Returns are not final until we receive and inspect the item. We will notify you once the return is processed.

4. Refunds

Exchanges may be subject to the same eligibility and conditions as returns. Additional shipping costs may apply.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us as soon as possible (ideally within [e.g. 48 hours] of delivery) with your order number and, if possible, photos.
We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund at no extra cost to you. We may ask you to return the item or provide evidence before issuing a replacement or refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Perishable or consumable goods (e.g. food, cosmetics once opened).
Custom-made or personalized items.

8. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, defect, or wrong item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit; use a trackable service and keep proof of postage. We may provide a prepaid return label in certain cases (e.g. defects, wrong item) at our discretion.
